Malala Yousafzai, the youngest winner of the Noble Peace Prize turns 19 today i.e. on 12th July, 1997 as her birthday. If it is taking you a while to recall her achievements, then here we are mentioning a brief article related to this 19 year old. Last year the girl opened a school for Syrian refugee girls and called on world leaders to invest in “books not bullets”.
Children of her age generally spend their birthdays with friends and family, throwing up parties but this dynamite is undeniably moving in the noble direction. When being asked about is she doing activities like a 19 year old girl? She replies, “Well, I do have lots of friends now, and we go out shopping and go to restaurants, enjoy time,” Malala says. “And I also like playing cricket and badminton. Also fighting with brothers.”
Additionally, she started the Malala Fund to raise millions of dollars for education in places like Nigeria, Pakistan, Kenya and Lebanon.
Wishing Birthday to the only role model and noble prize winner of her age. May God Bless you!
